A NegotiaTED™ program giving back to our communities!
Goal: Provide real estate expertise AS WELL AS professional licensed emotional support coaching and assistance during overly stressful real estate deals.
Why: Having a team that has your overall interests related to real estate transactions and emotional support will allow you to better balance and focus on yourself and your own needs during a time of potential overwhelming stress. As we have also heard “I didn’t need the support, but I was surprised how much my kids did.”
What: In addition to real estate advisory services provided through your normal listing, you will receive six ½-hour NO COST confidential tele-health counseling sessions at your convenience to use as you most need throughout the selling or buying process.
